As part of the new Complaint Handling Code, we are required to complete a self- assessment. The self assessment shows how we are meeting the requirements of the code and any areas where we think we have some work to do.
As you will see from the self assessment, we have 6 areas where we need to improve what we do to be able to say we are meeting the requirements. We are aiming to be fully compliant by the 30 September 2024.
Our self assessment has to be approved by the Board, we shared this with them at the March board meeting. Their feedback to the self -assessment is below:
