As part of the new Complaint Handling Code, we are required to complete a self- assessment. The self assessment shows how we are meeting the requirements of the code and any areas where we think we have some work to do.
As you will see from the self assessment we are fully compliant as at the 30 September 2024.
Our self assessment has to be approved by the Board, we shared this with them at the August board meeting.
