There are several ways for you to get involved, whether you prefer in-person meetings, online feedback or community inspections. Each option is designed to suit different levels of commitment, so you can choose how much time you want to dedicate.

Tenant Assurance Panel (TAP)
Join TAP to review policies, provide feedback and influence key decisions affecting tenants.
Time Commitment:
2 hour in-person meetings 6 times a year.
Digital Panel
Provide feedback through online surveys on topics of your choice, whenever it suits you.
Time Commitment:
30 mins – 1 hour per survey, fully online and flexible to your schedule.
Mystery Shopper
Test and evaluate our services by posing as a tenant and providing feedback.
Time Commitment:
30 mins – 1 hour depending on availability.
Housing for Over 55s Panel (HOP)
Share your views, influence change and improve services in your housing scheme.
Time Commitment:
3 hour in-person meetings 5 times a year.
Community Inspector
Inspect your local scheme for safety, gardening and cleaning standards and report your findings.
Time Commitment:
30 mins – 1 hour depending on availability.
Become a member
Become a Broadland member to attend our Annual General Meeting, vote and learn about the direction of the business. You’ll also be invited to exclusive events throughout the year.
Time Commitment:
Regular meetings and events throughout the year, including the AGM.
Community Conversation
Share your feedback on Broadland’s services in-person, online or via an online form.
Time Commitment:
1 hour meetings 2 times a year.
Resident Association
A Resident Association can make a real difference to your community.
