The Tenant Assurance Panel (TAP) is a dynamic group of tenants passionate about making a difference. The TAP ensures that tenant voices are heard by our Board. This is your chance to influence key decisions and drive positive change in Broadland.

TAP brings together tenants and looks in-depth at Broadland’s approach to ensure we are delivering our purpose, aims and strategy by:

• Reviewing our policies and procedures
• Providing our Board with recommendations and suggestions for improvement
• Questioning managers about the services we provide
• Influencing decisions that affect all tenants
• Regularly reviewing Resident Involvement activities
• Reporting their findings and feedback directly to the Board

TAP plays a crucial role in shaping:

• The Together with Tenants Charter
• The Ombudsman Complaints Charter
• Resident Involvement
• The Tenant Charter
• Compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards
• Tenant Consumer Standards
