Broadland is proud to support Norfolk County Council’s HEAR campaign against domestic abuse.

The HEAR campaign aims to break the silence around domestic abuse and provide support in the workplace.
By signing up to HEAR, we have agreed to:
- ensure staff affected by domestic abuse get access to the right specialist support
- make sure staff get the right training, so they know how to support colleagues
- not tolerate domestic abuse in any form. We will provide a supportive workplace for staff who experience such abuse
- review our policies and processes and ensure we implement them correctly.
Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Group in Norfolk runs the HEAR campaign, which was set up to mark White Ribbon Day in 2020.
