Tender and procurement
At Broadland, we rely on good relationships with our housing partners, suppliers and contractors to deliver the high-quality housing that improves people’s life opportunities.
Our Procurement team plays a vital role in developing and maintaining these relationships.
What is procurement?
Procurement involves acquiring the works, services and goods that help us meet the many different needs of our tenants.
Our Procurement team is responsible for a huge range of goods and services, from stationery items and food supplies to the delivery of development projects.
As a dedicated housing association, we try to consult with tenants and add social value into the process wherever possible.
Who are our suppliers?
Since we have such a wide range of requirements, our suppliers are equally diverse and too numerous to list individually.
We are committed to delivering best value for money in our procurement, so our list of suppliers changes as better value alternatives become available.
Contracts with an expected value of £25,000 or more will be advertised on our eTendering system, Delta eSourcing. Each contract notice will link to and be advertised on the UK Government’s procurement portal, Contracts Finder.
We recommend registering and regularly checking Contracts Finder for new tender opportunities. A separate notice for opportunities above the appropriate EU threshold will still be published on Tenders Electronic Daily.
If you would like to be invited to apply for new contract opportunities, please email us your company information, with details of the type of work you wish to tender for.
