Residents Voice

Independent East is the partnership between Broadland Housing, Freebridge, Havebury Housing, Orwell Housing and Saffron. We have come together to in an informal partnership to share our ideas and experiences with a view to creating better services for our tenants.

One area we want to work together as partnership is to work with a group of tenants from across all 5 organisations on how we can collectively improve services. We want to get feedback, and ideas, from everyone to make improvements by using our own tenants experience.

Following the seminar in April 2023, and the final recommendations from Creative Bridge who ran the pilot for us, we are really excited to take this project to the next phase.

Want to get involved?

Would you like to be part of Residents Voice and be a representative on the panel for Broadland?

We are looking for 2 more tenants to get involved in the project;

• meetings will be online (we can help with technology if you need it)
• meetings will be held at 5.30pm or early evening
• there will be 4 meetings a year

After reviewing the feedback from the survey and recommendations, the first topic we want to ask tenants for the feedback will be the joint Tenant Perception Survey results.
