The Tenant Assurance Panel would like to invite you along to one of the workshops they are holding to talk about the customer enquiries journey. The workshops will be held across the county so that they will be in your local area.
What are the workshops about?
The workshops will be looking at the what residents expect when they contact us, are we meeting your needs as a resident? What should we doing to improve your customer journey? What are your recommendations to improve our services.
What is a workshop & how will they run?
Sam Goodwin from TPAS will be running these workshops. There will a presentation from one of the Executive Directors outlining what are the current challenges and the improvements we want to make.
Working in a group with other residents you will get a chance to discuss
- What do you feel isn’t working when you communicate with us?
- What do you expect when you contact us, are we meeting your needs?
- Come up with an action plan for improving the resident experience
A member of the Broadland team will be with each group of residents, it will be our job to write down your feedback and recommendations.
Where and when will the workshops be?
All venues have yet to be confirmed, we will select a venue that is as close to the residents that want to attend.
Kings Lynn Saturday 12 April 9.30am to 2pm
Great Yarmouth Saturday 17 May 9.30am to 2pm
Norwich Saturday 14 June 9.30am to 2pm
Online Wednesday 4 June
We will provide refreshments and lunch on the day. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements on the booking form. There will also be a prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher at the end of the workshop.
