Emma Bishop
Tenancy Support
Co-ordinator
I’ve worked as a Tenancy Support Coordinator for almost 6 years, but I have over 20 years of housing experience in various different roles.
Every day is different in my role and I have the opportunity to work with a wide range of people.
I am particularly passionate about helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
I also enjoy pursuing grants for vulnerable people in need.

Sarah Cook
Tenancy Support
Co-ordinator
I am based mainly in the Dereham area but also cover other areas of Norfolk.
I’ve been in my tenancy support role for 5 years, and I enjoy helping people to improve their situation and life opportunities. I am particularly passionate about mental health, and about creating opportunities for activities to combat loneliness and isolation.

Phil Yates
Tenancy Support
Co-ordinator
I am based mainly around the King’s Lynn area and have over 15 years of support experience in various different roles, including homelessness.
I enjoy my job – it is great knowing we are improving lives and creating better neighbourhoods.
The current climate means we are seeing more deprivation. The geographical nature of Norfolk also means some of our tenants face isolation and loneliness.
I feel committed to making a change and improving lives.

Sophie Pearse
Tenancy Support
Co-ordinator
Before I came to Broadland I worked for 5 years at a small charity helping single homeless people. My passion is homelessness prevention. I understand the trauma of not having a place to call home. I work with a person-centred approach to support individuals and families to sustain their homes and lives. I am based mainly around the Norwich area but also cover other areas of Norfolk and Suffolk where needed.
