You can report new routine repairs using Tenants Online, if you are able to use this service.
If you have previously reported a routine repair, there is no need to contact us – your repair will already be on the system.
Routine repairs will be done on a priority and area basis – see below. We are working through the backlog of repairs from the lockdown as quickly as possible. When our staff visit your home they will follow Covid-19 safety precautions.
Please continue to report emergency repairs as normal to our Customer Services team, tel. 0303 303 0003. You will not be able to do this via Tenants Online.
Planned works : our planned works schedule was put on hold at the start of the year and focused on the backlog of repairs. The 2021-22 schedule may change and is subject to any further Covid-19 restrictions and budgetary considerations. Apologies for any inconvenience.
