As Community Inspectors, tenants volunteer to walk around the scheme where they live and look at 4 areas:
- health and safety
- potential slips, trips and falls
- gardening services
- cleaning services
Community Inspectors carry out inspections 4 times per year and each inspection takes less than 1 hour to complete.
The inspections below were carried out by our residents from January – October 2024. Here are some of the issues raised and the actions taken.
