We welcome new members from among our residents and local community.
Eligibility
Any individual or organisation can apply to become a member and all Broadland residents are entitled to become members as long as they confirm/agree to the following:
For all applicants, I agree to:
- act all at times in the best interests of Broadland Housing when acting as a member
- not to pursue any personal interest when acting/voting as a member
- to be bound by the Association’s constitution (you will be sent a copy of the Constitution on acceptance)
I confirm I am not:
- a minor
- an expelled member
- a Broadland employee
For residents, I confirm that I am:
- named on the tenancy agreement
- not more than one month in arrears (excluding housing benefit/Universal Credit)
- not subject to an ASBO (anti-social behaviour order) or a notice of intention to seek possession for anti-social behaviour and have not been within the previous 12 months
Data protection
Broadland Housing Association is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as required by the Data Protection Act 2018. We will use the information you provide on this form to assess your membership eligibility. If your application is successful, we will store the information for the duration of your membership.
