Siew Lim is an independent Non-Executive Director and former international financial services executive with over 25 years’ experience in governance, financial resilience, risk and regulatory oversight. Her executive career included senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Santander in complex, highly regulated environments.
Her current governance appointments include Non-Executive Director of Plexus UK (part of Mears Group), Independent Member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of The Scout Association and Trustee of a local Scout charity. She brings an enterprise-wide perspective, constructive challenge and particular expertise in financial resilience, balance sheet stewardship and treasury oversight, with a focus on how governance, risk and assurance support sustainable organisational outcomes.
