What is TAP?
The Tenant Assurance Panel (TAP) is a dynamic group of residents passionate about making a difference. The TAP ensures that resident voices are heard by our Board. This is your chance to influence key decisions and drive positive change in Broadland.
What does TAP do?
TAP brings together residents and looks in-depth at Broadland’s approach to ensure we are delivering our purpose, aims and strategy by:
- Reviewing our policies and procedures
- Annual reporting to our Board with recommendations and suggestions for improvement
- Ensure the Association are complying with the RSH Consumer Standards
- Influencing decisions that affect all residents
- Annually reviewing resident involvement activities

TAP plays a crucial role in shaping:
- Annually reviewing The Together with Tenants Charter
- The Ombudsman Complaints Charter
- Evaluating the implementation and impact of the Resident Involvement Policy
- Interaction with the broader resident community to collect unbiased
- Making recommendations to the Board on improvements to communication

Customer Journey Workshops
The customer journey workshops have now been completed. TAP are currently reviewing all the feedback and putting together an action plan. This plan will go the July Board meeting where it will be discussed and approved.
All those who attended a workshop will receive a copy of the plan will be published here. The TAP will monitor the action plan until it is complete.
