Laura has been an engaged member of Broadland’s Tenant Assurance Panel over the past 12 months, contributing to the work of the panel as a volunteer. Her participation in the panel’s activities was greatly valued. Laura greatly enjoyed her experience on the panel and was driven to become more involved with the Association’s work at a strategic level. She is passionate about being involved in improving the services delivered by Broadland Housing.
Laura’s professional background in the catering sector including as an assistant manager. Here she gained experience dealing with customer complaints, delivering customer service improvements, growing an effective team and strengthening relationships with the local community.
As a Broadland resident, Laura is looking forward to being able to contribute to driving forward the Association’s mission to make a lasting positive impact in the community as well as helping to steer Broadland towards innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of its communities.
