- You will inspect our properties before new residents move in, to ensure we are meeting our standards
- You will ensure our Customer Services team are reporting repairs correctly – are they polite? Did they get the right information from you?
- How about our out of hours service, is this up to scratch?
As a Mystery Shopper you get to test out a variety of our services. Work with us to set the criteria and help us plan the best way to improve our services.
