Rent to Buy offers working households the opportunity to rent a home at 20% below market rent, helping them to save towards a deposit to buy a property.

After five years, tenants may be offered the opportunity to purchase their home through shared ownership, with first refusal. Alternatively, they can use their savings to buy a home elsewhere.

Broadland Housing Association is developing the following two Rent to Buy homes at Mosquito Close in Little Snoring:

• 2-Bedroom House
• 3-Bedroom House

Priority will be given to households with a local connection to Little Snoring and the adjoining parishes of Great Snoring, Thursford and Kettlestone.

1. Register on North Norfolk District Council’s Your Home Your Choice online platform.
2. From Mid-November, the homes will be advertised on the platform, where registered households can place a bid.
