What is a Neighbourhood Officer?
The role of your Neighbourhood Officer is to:
- Allocate empty homes
- Interview and sign up prospective tenants
- Manage reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- Investigate reports of tenant damage and estate management
- Support tenant events.
