Tenants Online
You can use Tenants Online to pay your rent, check your balance and report repairs. Tenants Online is available 24/7 – sign up today!
Standing Order / Online Banking
You can instruct your bank to pay a fixed amount to us by standing order – weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Please use these details:

- Account number: 21481229
- Payment reference: your 6-digit tenancy reference number
Telephone Payment
Pay with your debit or credit card – call 0303 303 0003 during office hours. Your call will be transferred to a secure payment line. Remember to have your tenancy reference number (see above).
