The Tenant Assurance Panel would like to invite you along to one of the workshops they are holding to talk about the complaint process. The workshops will be held across the county so that they will be in your local area.
What are the workshops?
The workshops will be looking at what residents can expect when they make a complaint to us. Are we meeting your needs as a resident? What should we be doing to improve your experience if you have to make a complaint. What are your recommendations to improve our services.
The workshops are not about making a complaint on the day.
What is a workshop and how will they run?
Sam Goodwin from TPAS will be running these workshops. There will a presentation from one of the Executive Directors outlining what are the current challenges and the improvements we want to make.
Working in a group with other residents you will get a chance to discuss
- Review an actual complaint (it will be anonymous), how was this managed, what did you think about our response?
- What do you think we need to do differently?
- Come up with an action plan for improving the resident experience
A member of the Broadland team will be with each group of residents, it will be our job to write down your feedback and recommendations.
