Broadland Housing now has planning permission to build a total of 323 flats at Carrow Quay, Norwich.
Norwich City Council has approved the development of 73 flats, plus minor tweaks to existing planning permission for 250 apartments, near Norwich City Football Club’s stadium at Carrow Road.
The new development of 1 or 2-bedroom flats will include open market, shared ownership and affordable rented properties.
“We’re very excited – this is the final piece in the jigsaw in the redevelopment of this area,” said Andrew Savage, Executive Development Director. “We’re looking forward to delivering this full mixed tenure scheme, with activity on site due to start in the next couple of months.”
Broadland is working in partnership with architects Ingleton Wood and builders RG Carter.
