Homes for Wells A community led organisation dedicated to securing homes for local people, have also bought four apartments.

The first resident to move into the new shared ownership home is Liz. Having been in rented accommodation for over 13 years, this shared ownership has given her and her partner the opportunity to own their own home. Liz who works in the town and has many local connections said

The house we are buying has underfloor heating and solar panels, so it’s energy efficient. It has views over the bridleway and it’s easy for us to walk into town. We can’t wait to settle in!”
