Broadland Housing will consider the disposal of assets to maximise both use and value, both now and in the future. This means appraising the performance of our assets to determine the best use solution including disposal. 

We will not dispose of any home whilst there is a resident living in it, this will be considered if and when it becomes vacant.

We have received feedback from residents that they would like to be able to see the homes that we are selling and this webpage has been created as a result of that feedback.
