Great Yarmouth Borough Council is consulting on proposals to redevelop Beach Coach Station car park to deliver approximately 90 quality social homes, both general needs and independent living for older people.

Under a Strategic Partnership, created to bring forward delivery of housing in the Borough, the Council has employed Broadland Housing to support the design and delivery (subject to planning) of this scheme.

The consultation is now open. On Monday 22nd June from 1pm to 7pm there will be an opportunity to comment on the proposals in person at Great Yarmouth Assembly Rooms.
