The 4th and final phase of our Canary Quay development is now complete.
Canary Quay provides a total of 323 new homes on the riverside in Norwich. The scheme is mixed tenure, as follows:
- Phase 1 – 60 social rented flats
- Phase 2 – 89 flats (55 open market, 34 for intermediate rent)
- Phase 3 – 73 flats (social rent)
- Phase 4 – 101 flats (social rent and open market)
