We are delighted to be working in partnership with Norwich City Council to provide 6 new affordable homes. We will use a modular system to deliver high quality homes, with minimal impact and disruption to the local community.
The proposals were approved in January 2021.
The proposal is to redevelop the existing car parking area north of Webster Court to accommodate 6 x 1-bedroom, 2-person flats in an attractive landscape setting. The scheme proposes a single block of 6 flats over 3 storeys, with communal garden areas and vehicle parking accessed off the existing access.
We propose to retain the existing access to Webster Court, with car parking relocated to the verge opposite.
