We are delighted to retain our Gold status in the latest SHIFT sustainability awards.
The summary report shows that we are the best performing landlord from this year’s assessment. It also summarises our overall performance across all the environmental metrics.

Broadland was first awarded Gold status in 2016. The SHIFT Awards are the UK’s sustainability awards for the housing sector. They recognise the achievements of organisations leading in energy efficiency, lean and sustainable business and the delivery of affordable homes.
