Sustainable Housing Label
Broadland is proud to have received the Sustainable Housing Label, an international award issued by Ritterwald. Broadland is one of the few housing associations in the UK to be awarded the Sustainability Label.
Mindful Employer
As a Mindful Employer, Broadland has in place a team of staff Mental Health Champions and also signed Mind’s Time to Change pledge, to support conversations at work around mental health.
Living Wage employer
Living Wage employers voluntarily make a commitment to pay their employees the real Living Wage rate, based on living costs. This is higher than the Government’s National Living Wage. Broadland has been a Living Wage Employer since 2016 and actively supports the Norwich Living Wage City campaign.

Disability Confident gives us guidance and resources about recruiting and retaining disabled people for their skills and talent. As a Disability Confident employer we are helping to positively change attitudes, behaviours and cultures.

We have signed up to Purple Tuesday, a national initiative driving positive change to the customer experience for disabled people and their families. We have pledged to improve our website so that disabled users have the best and most accessible experience.
