Broadland and Orwell Housing are working with Great Yarmouth Borough Council to redevelop The Conge.
A public consultation event is being held on Wednesday 17th April between 11.00am and 4.00pm in Great Yarmouth Town Hall. We welcome any views/feedback on these proposed designed.
The Conge is a former industrial town centre site. The proposals are to develop a residential housing scheme, containing a mix of apartments and town houses. These would include both affordable rent and low cost home ownership.
